But I lost everything on my old computer. Can I have the save file from after mecha birdo so I don't have to start all over.

what bosses have you killed? also the program on this: http://kayin.pyoko.org/iwbtg/forums/index.php?topic=3418.0 thread lets you make save/edit them.
