Fangames! / I Wanna Be The Korean

Hello guys,

the long wait for I Wanna Be The Korean, our new supreme game, which seemed to be infinite is finally over. I Wanna Be The Korean is a very difficult (unlike our other games) game and will challenge you to your limits.
Like in our other projects we took alot of time and love to create this masterpiece of a fangame, after nearly 3 years of constant development the project is finally finished.
We ask you, our loyal community, to give this beautifulness a go and tell us your criticism. If you find any bugs, mistakes or have ideas to make the game even better, be sure to post them down below!

Well, the development of the IWKTM2 Remaster will take significantly longer than expected. We don't think that we will able to finish it till July 1st, but we want to send it in later.
We thought about participating with I Wanna Be The Korean but unfortunately the whole project got lost in a data grave. :(

I Wanna Kill The Mom 2.0 is not dead yet and looks as professional as the good old times. Tell us what you think. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) Here is a screenshot for you all:

We will send in the same game we participated with last year. But they won't have much in common.
Due to a massive rewrite (port to another engine, GameMaker: Studio) the only thing which will stay is the GD-chapter. But even this will be completly rewritten.
We hope that we can participate without any penalty because we only kept the game's name.

You now can watch the first trailer of IWKTM2 - PoE

Just want to say that IWKTM2 is not dead. We can proudly announce that you can expect two Mario chapters, a new trailer in near future and a first Beta Version of our game in a few months.

It was a VAST improvement over I Wanna Kill The Mom 1. Thank you for participating!
Well I think the game's end isn't that shitty. However the game reached its goal :Do everything a good fangame shouldn't do. :D

We will heed your suggestions! I Wanna Kill The Mom 2 won't have such a massive early access programm than its predecessor had.
The game will be sent to beta testers and we will only release maybe 2 or 3 public pre-release (beta) versions, which is has the advantage that we can more and better care about your reported bugs or suggestions.

If you want to be a beta-tester just contact us.
If you want to stay tuned just follow our pyoko-thread and youtube channel.

We are not going to release any version of IWKTM2 until I Wanna Kill The Mom is finished.

Okay, this isn't a long term I need help with my fangame thing, it's just a simple coding question. I'm semi-noobish with coding, and I really don't know how some fangames have like a boss shoot a circle of delicious fruit. (relax, I'm not going to be like every fangame and use  :fruit: for my only attack. Seriously.) I know I could possibly do it with direction... I'm using gamemaker btw. I was thinking something like:
shot.direction = d;
for(d=0;d<360;d+1) and then the boss doing:
instance_create(x,y,shot) over and over in step, maybe an alarm for balancing it... but that would make a circle shooting repeatedly, instead of the entire circle at once. Sorry, I know that I'm not making any sense, and that people aren't really going to be able to help me, and that I should know this, and that I'm an idiot, and that I should quit coding, IWBTG, computers, and life, but seriously... help?

If I understood your problem correctly this should work:

for (i = 0; i < 360; i += 1) {
    a = instance_create(x,y,shot)
    a.speed = 8
    a.direction = i

This should give you a shooting circle let me explain:
a is the ID that has the object shot which just got created there
change a.speed to a speed of your choice (pixel per frame)
change i += 1 to anything you want between 0 and 360, it will change the distance between the shots!
