Help! / GameMaker: Bullet's not deassapearing while touching blocks.

Blocks should stop bullets, when bullets touch them, but its not happening, after i changed block Sprite... Maybe it's because blocks are not coloured inside?

How to make music not restarting after deaths and room changing? Because everybody think, that fangames with not restarting music are so much better.

I'm making fangame called ,,I Wanna Be Friend of Spike And Apple".
I'm doing good for now. This game will be reference to MLP:FiM. :3 I think it will be first fangame 100% referencing to MLP. I'll post my v0.1 of game, when i'll have like 4-5rooms, or a boss.

So, i want to play fangame... Not super hard, not super easy, just normal fangame, with normal difficulty, with nice graphic and i can't find something like that. In signature i wrote all fangames that i beat already.
