fuck those, anyway how do i get past the speeding spikes in the area 2 screens past links first level? its like an impossible jump. details please? edit: to clarify the final 3 spikes, one rising 2 falling

i checked the map, and i see that theres a room above the room with the last save point, how do i get up there?
