I do own a Wii, a Xbox 360, and a PS3. (i also have a Nintendo ds and my brother owns the psp)

I had to choose the PlayStation 3.
Sure the Wii and Xbox are both great systems, but overall they have their flaws.

The Wii has some fun games and can keep you entertained for awhile, but overtime i get bored from it easily. Also the controls can mess up really bad (even with the Wii motion plus). The online system kills it. If you wanna play with friends, you have to call them up and have them give you their Wii friend code, and vice versa. It is very tedious and can get annoying. And after all that work (getting your friends code in), there is nothing in the Wii that states that one of your friends is online. So another call is required to see if anyone is even playing. I seem to only play the Wii when a friend comes over.

The Xbox 360 is a great system and has it's exclusive set of games. Like the Halo series, which i happen to love, the original Dead rising, and Portal. (they have many other exclusive games. These are just examples.) But as you can see the PlayStation 3 is taking those away. Dead rising 2 was released for the PS3 and Portal 2 will be released for the PS3. Now Xbox live is great, but why on earth do they charge you for it? What other system does that? (besides paying a monthly fee for things like WoW) It's ridiculous to pay 50 dollars a year just to play with friends or join them in parties. And they are raising the price! (i believe they already did) So if you thought 50 a year was too much, the new price for 12 months of Xbox live is 60 dollars! Excuse me, but that's ridiculous.

Ahh, and now for the PlayStation 3. I think this has to be my favorite system. Let's start with the exclusive games. The Metal Gear Solid series (probably my favorite series of games), Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, Uncharted 1 and 2, Little Big Planet 1 and 2, Resistance 1, 2, and 3. (there is also infamous 1 and 2, but i didn't really enjoy those games) and the list goes on. The PlayStation Network (PSN) is great. You get free online access. Nice and simple. You can add friends without any problems (unlike the Wii) and you can play online for free (unlike the Xbox). The only problem i have with the PSN is that you cannot talk to friends whenever you want. As far as i am aware, you can only talk to them while playing the same game as them. (In that area, Xbox has the upper hand with their Parties) Other than that, i really enjoy the PlayStation 3.

Please feel free to point out any mistakes i probably made haha.

Dang that stinks Fred-eye. It's one of my favorite games! Not trying to rub it in or anything o:
And SilentLoner, is that the really narrow canyon place? With LOADS of zombies? Cause if so, yes, it is VERY amusing (:
