my thoughts so far:
The character seriously needs to not fall quite so fast.
It is really annoying to die when you don't even touch any of the spikes.

First, have you extracted the files? If you haven't, then the game won't really save.

Ugh, the mario boss. I HATED that boss. His random bubbles, and the spikes that start shooting out of the sides and fall when you hit him enough... it makes one have to try to kill him slowly, which is EXTREMELY annoying.
