You seem to have a good sense of how game maker works, but

The music does not fit, you used all the orginal tile sets, the clouds felt like they were copied from i wanna be the guy and you don't have your own death music and you used the iwbtg theme @_@ also there was too many invisible blocks and fake blocks.

You may be able to make a good fangame if you take all my advise into account

The main good points i can think of is the graphics and the fact you appear to have made your own engine(your very good at coding

)

It seems to lag at random occasions i assume its to do with the blocks changing color, your level design is......meh its mostly loads of spike jumps and stuff from what i played but if it gets better consider revamping the first section. Some of the moving spikes seemed to kill me when i was not touching them and the platforms as previously mentioned.............. sort out the coding for them
The save001.ini is not encrypted, consider encrypting the ini save as well as the txt.

I still like the game i just kinda find problems with games more that finding good points T_T sorry

if you dont maximise the game the white bar wont be there, and make sure to hide the toolbar to see the rest of the game(right click the tool bar then click properties then tick the box saying auto-hide the task bar)

Ok, first of all: in the megaman area there is extreme lag it took me about 2 minutes to walk in a straight line from one side of the room to the other and the player sprite is shit since it changes everytime you stay still and the level design is like my first game which i never released XD(full of invisible blocks)
I did like the sprites though
