I am stuck on one of the bosses in IWBTG /: it's actually my last one before The Guy. I can't seem to get past bowser's 3rd stage! ):

Sorry, none, other than the obv:
 don't die, jump over the ball and remember to shoot the ball loads, the bullets hit it and bounce and hit him. In the second form if you stand at the far right edge when it goes to shoot the bullet bill it will miss you and you don't need to shoot it.

focus on surviving over trying to kill him thats my advice, thats my advise for all bosses in the game unless your speed running the game.

Haha i had trouble "not dying"...i've actually beat the guy twice, but that stupid bowling ball thing was still coming and i couldn't clear the jump ): that happened twice! D; now i can't even beat him lol...
