You put way too many cherries in this game floating cherries all over in one room is bad level design,
Well, I know. The IWBTG area was my first room and I made some garbage there. I already changed a lot (integrate jumps, invisible block mazes, that shit) And didn't you see the green background which means there are trees? (Okay, it's hard too see, but...)
you rehashed the same tileset, there's not much to do in the game so far to be considered an alpha, not much creativity, rehash of music, and it's just yah...needs reworking.
So you haven't found the Pokemon area and the two secret bosses. ^^ That's nice. Just think of where the ways are in IWBTG. (.....I forgot: One way will aboard the game o_o. Sorry for forgetting)

Anyway yeah so far so good I like it....still obviously need a bit of work.
How true...
Heres some things that might improve your game...
-Try to add more tileset (yes its fucking boring but it pays off)
-Avoid the boss sprite thats 3/4 the size of the room
It was the tutorial boss and a target. Needless to say why he was that big (at the first time he didn't even do anything .... like a target)
-Try blurring/soften the background so theres a clear distinction unless that intentional
-Try to add gimmick that doesn't involve out of no where shit.....
Theres plenty more ideas but i can't be bother to write them all down bleh.......
