Hey guys, it's me. The creator guy. I just wanted to let you all know I will be starting this project back up after I have planned everything, which is what I've been doing the past weeks... or months.
I'm here to ask you all what kind of design gimmick or mechanic you think is interesting, or would be interesting to see in this game. I have been taking this whole thing seriously, and I plan on making it a very long game (without losing it's touch of course). I figured I would ask you all for ideas to speed up this whole planning process, because the project is long overdue.
Feel free to suggest anything for the game, I am open to anything. If I like your suggestion and I use it for the game with your permission, needless to say I will properly credit you.
The next version of the game, which will be far from now, will be the final version.
I will list the current ideas I use in version .52
cannons
lasers / laser switches
blue coins / blue door
controllable blue bullet bill
green platforms / yellow platforms
falling platforms (chapter 1)
bullet bill
red bullet bill
normal / reverse gravity
blue / orange jumping blocks
spikes that trigger with jumps
walls that disappear / reappear
P switches
And here's some ideas I just randomly came up with in the past 10 minutes:
push-able walls
rotating lasers or something
different platform movements (circle motion; preset with lines to show the path, etc..)
(jump refreshers/triple jump/conveyor block) *cough* nang
ice physics area, woo!
wind area that pushes you player, similar to the snow mountain area in Jumper 2 (great game)
