CC stage 2?

So I can get past stage 1 ok after reading the forums here and I can fidn references to stage 3, but how do I get past stage 2?

Stage 2 is Wart.  Avoid Wart until he turns sideways (opening of the KKK is in front of you).

Shoot the Banzai Bill that appears.  Be quick or else...

There is also another way
when Wart flies down to shoot
the bullet bill hug the far right edge and the bullet
will pass without having to shoot it.

Yep...

Just stand at the very right edge, have at least the right foot of the Kid be off the platform, while the left foot is still on, that way, when Wart lands, you will be right under his turbine...thingy... and the Bullet Bill will just shoot out. Then, wait a while and Wart will disappear, and Wily descends from atop.
