Take a look at westboro baptist church

They're ignoring ALL reason in place of faith; simply take a look at any of their videos on youtube, and you will see that no amount of reason or scientific evidence will ever convince them that their hateful 'God' is false.

Anecdotal evidence
Weak Inductive argument

Look at the amount of technology people use everyday and the medicine they take. That is all tested and proven.

People take way more on evidence then the take things on faith

If everyone put their beliefs in evidence and not faith, then why does any religion exist today?

People don't think to question it. They are indoctrinated in it as children and told they will go to hell if they question it. Young children are easily influenced. Evolution favors it that way. A child needs to follow certain directions after being told once. We can not learn everything first hand, we would die.

Do not poke the sleeping bear. Do not swim in the rapids. Do not jump off the cliff. Do not eat that plant. God is real.

The Child brain can not sort out the food information from the bad.

Ybbald, I have spent over five minutes searching and cannot find any evidence of any article whatsoever claiming that ketchup has a low taste or anything of the sort. In fact, there is a serious problem with that proposal in that I CAN'T FIND EVIDENCE THAT BABIES HAVE EXTRA TASTE BUDS EITHER.

This seems more like a misunderstanding of a simple guideline here:
Quote
A majority of pediatricians will recommend waiting until an infant is 8 months or older to introduce spices. This recommendation often has more to do with staving off digestive upsets than it does with possible allergic reactions.
than anything about taste buds.

So, then, Ybbald. Get some sources or get the fuck out, because nothing I'm reading anywhere says that babies have more taste buds, or that taste buds develop in any strange fashion, or that anything you're saying is true.

It doesn't seem like this belonged in Serious Discussion to me. Moved to General.

Hmm, well, the point still stands.

Also, 5 minutes on google = knowing everything

You say that factitiously, but something at least related should have come up. No such article appeared, not even anything close. There is exactly no evidence behind your analogy, so in summation, you have just been shat on.
