Metroid is closed??

Hi i have completed IWBTG, but now i wanna get all those secret items. I found 3 of them but i can't go to the metroid zone. when i come to the place in a factory where should be block elevator its black and theres a lot of crack. why I cannot go to the metroid part? Now I cannot get all items. Theres a screen. And sorry for my bad english. iam from Czech Republic :)
even those spikes down next to boy cant hurt me. thanx for help

You have to use another game file.
When you get it, it will save to all files so you don't
have to worry about doing the whole game again.
