It all makes sense now!  I was attacked by those cursed frogs like always while playing through those areas!

Hey.

After a really long hiatus (thanks for the game release, Kayin!), I'm back to set some new World Record scores and discover more stuff.

I came here to talk about this mode but the OP already beat me to it so I'll just add my findings so far:

I've also found the following so far, let me know if I'm on the right track here Kayin:

-Enemies take 1 charged shot + 1 regular shot to kill
-Added enemy spawns
-Added traps
-Persistent red graphic filter greatly affects visibility.
-Some traps are now quicker than normal
-More abusive boss behaviour (DK throws 1 extra barrel per throw, Sagat spams tiger shots all day long)

I have about 5 more videos currently queued up to youtube, but they'll take at LEAST a few hours to upload. I have a full playthrough of 1-1 going up, plus the Sagat fight and some miscellaneous "curse-mode only" deaths that I've found so far. Keep an eye on my channel, they'll be uploading overnight.

The mode has been on since 8pm (earliest reported), and has not turned off yet. I have a feeling it'll disable at midnight, we'll see.
