Is anyone else having e-mail notification issues?

I've been asked to check out why someone isn't getting theirs and I'm a bit baffled right now. Is anyone else having an issue with them, is this a forum-wide thing?

I've never used them, so I wouldn't know. You might ask them to turn their machine on and off make sure they haven't accidentally set up a spam filter that might be catching the notifications. That would be my only thought on the matter.
