Hi, this is my first post, here, well:

Every time that i open IWBTG, press start, the game loads for a time of 3 seconds, and then, pop-up the crash:

''iwbtg has detected a problem and must be closed'' the clasic windows error report.

How i can fix this?

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Please delete iwbtg and the "SAVE" folder that should be with it.
Now re-download iwbtg and move it to a different folder than the last copy of iwbtg you had.
Now right click on the iwbtg.exe file and choose "properties".
Choose to enable "compatibility mode" and set it to "windows 98".
Press "ok" and try run iwbtg again.

Tell me if this works.

Nope, doesn't work, still crashing. :/

Did you do all of that and re-download and move to a new location as well as set compatibility mode?
What version of windows are you running? (XP, 7, 8, etc.)
Is there any more info in the error message that you could copy and paste to me?

Hmm, yesterday the crash was persisting, but today, i open the game and show this:

Ah. This isn't iwbtg. It's actually iwbtgg - the squeal to iwbtg.
Could you try and delete config and trophy.
Then go start menu > run.
Type in "cmd" and press enter. A little black window with white text should appear.
Type start "C:\Documents and Settings\Propietario\Mis documentos\I Wanna be the guy\iwbtgg.exe".
Iwbtgg should open and then when it crashes if you check the black window with white text (the command prompt) you should see a load of new white text.
Please copy and paste all of this text here. (right click, mark, now highlight the text and right click and press copy).

All do that all you say me, but the game doesn't crash, runs normally, like the image that i posted, and in the cmd window don't show nothing, only run the game.

So it's fixed and it works now?
Arrow keys to move, z, x, c do stuff.

I found the problem, i downloaded other version from softonic.com, and works fine.
