Hourglass Win32 will allow you to use savestates for games that don't naturally have them, such as IWBTG, Cave Story, etc.

Pickory has a builtin savestate feature but it is disabled in the released version because it interferes with replay recording. Also it's cheating obviously. But if you want a version with savestates, just ask and I can send you one.
