Actually, @, the maker of End, has since then updated the game. It no longer has the mouse maze, but it has more worlds and difficulties to play on.

There is a pattern. When you first enter, land on the top platform. When the tree shoots his first few apples, move down to the second, Keep alternating at times when you need and just keep spamming him. The clouds shoot at you when bullets hit the tree, so be careful.
