I'm glad you enjoyed the game.
Promise of Reunion made me cry. It's just kind of cute and sort of sad somehow.
Memory's Crannies is somehow quite sad too though.
For some reason things which aren't super sad are more likely to make me cry. If everyone in a TV program suddenly dies or something I rarely care but it's the little things that get to me more.

A new ending where the three of you get to live happily has been added but it's pretty difficult to pull off. There's also one where you get to play as Mary and you can do both in the same run.
I've included how to get them below although you could just look them up on youtube if you can't be bothered to do another play through.

I've stolen most of the bellow from the link above. However it's a little hard to read on the other page and it gives away the ending names.
Basically you do everything "bad" with Gary and everything good towards Marry. And then the final two endings are either for if you've talked to Mary a bunch of times at the end (which makes Mary like you enough for one ending) or if you don't and she still doesn't like you enough. Make sure you save before talking to Mary a bunch of times and before going down the stairs to Garry. Then you can use that same save for both endings. You might want to keep using different save slots through the game in case you mess up somewhere and have to reload an earlier save.

See the "sinister painting" in hide and seek.
Garry kicks the mannequin head in the mirror room.
See the Hanged Garry message (when you meet Mary, you're able to ask if she's okay before Garry does, this shows you're on the right track). To see the message it's in the room where you enter the number of paintings to enter (I think). You can only see it after kicking the mannequin head (I think).
Pull the rightmost cord in the cord room.
Agree that Red Eyes is cute or pettable
Kick the persistent doll.
Agree with Mary that Ib and her will be fine on their own
Fail the doll room.

Then save and if you go straight to the doll room now (as Ib) you get one ending. To get the other reload and then talk to Mary seven or more times in the brown area (go right, she then follows you around after stabbing the mannequin and you can talk to her). After that go to the doll room with Ib as normal for the other ending.

When I beat IWBTG for the first time I actually shed a tear. Even though I had already seen the credits a bunch of times from watching playthroughs it was just immensely satisfying seeing it for myself.

I dodged the cherry. Couldn't help it

I remember when I beat the game
(which y'all just lost XD)
I died to a spike before the credits. I almost cried then, but I still beat it.

Also, making a dying wish based on something you said when you were

< 6 years old

is pretty stupid.

I apologize for the major necro, and I'm sure nobody but me cares about this at this point, but I have since played a bunch more of the game and watched a few LPs of it and I think I've come up with a more reasonable defense for this. All in spoilers because, y'know, it's the main twist of the game.

First of all, if you want to just go by that little quote then there's still a case to be made that Johnny pretty much spent half of his life trying to figure out why River was making those rabbits. He even remarks "And I feel that there's something I owe her, too." which leads me to believe that that little sentence of his could go a long way. Maybe it's the only little thing he could recall after over 50 years of dwelling on it?

But honestly I believe the whole "Then we can just regroup on the moon"-thing was just to basically spell it out for the slowest of players who haven't made the connection yet otherwise. If you pay attention to the dialogue during the stargazing scene, or hell just their attitudes in general you can see that the moon is a metaphor for River, since she so incredibly stands out in both name, appearance and behaviour, while John is just one of the stars, one of many but in River's mind not any less pretty for it. I don't think "regroup on the moon" was to be taken literally, even though obviously it's what Neil and Eva were forced to fulfill because of the contract. He was just an old man full of Regret who blamed himself for his wife's death and missed her so incredibly much that he would do anything to get back together with her. And in my honest opinion "I want to be with my wife again." being your biggest wish on your deathbed is anything but stupid.

Paper Mario made me cry when I beat it. Idk why it wasn't very emotional, and various tales of games since that's all I play

Nope. While I have seen some sad endings in my day I don't sob up.

I remember crying as a kid to Day of Lavos as well, but more in fear than sadness.

No, but Metal Gear Solid 3 brought me pretty close.

Your videos could just be you in a Nazi outfit, shitting into a bucket while doing the can-can and they'd already be miles ahead of Pewdiepie.
