Game not starting

Every time I try to start it, it gives me the message "cannot create file in temporary directory".
I'd change the directory, but I honestly don't know how :-[

Are you trying to run the game when the download prompt appears? Or are you pressing save?

I am getting the same error, I have the Game(in both versions) saved in a folder on my desktop, what do I have to do to get it to run??

D'oh, of freaking course, this thing is a relic, it won't run on Win8.1, I would guess XP for Mode then?
