SL is lynched. He is innocent with no special role.
Wouldn't that make him a town?
He's the betrayer. He appears to be town when lynched or investigated

Role discussion:

The mafia could have made an alt account for the terrorist to contact. Then they could have tried to assassinate the person who contacted them. If it failed, that person was most likely the terrorist.

The doctor could have contacted the account claiming to be the terrorist too. Then he could protect himself, producing hte same "assassination failed" message and tricking the mafia into revealing themselves.

The Spy could hook up all the investigated innocents into a powerful group that could work together openly. The Betrayer was the counter to this. If he got in the "bunny group" as it is called, he could mislead them. Even if he did not get in, he could sow mistrust.

The doctor and spy could hook up through alt accounts and the doctor could protect the spy. However the mafia might trick the doctor into protecting one of them.

The terrorist was the mafia's counter to the doctor. The doctor could not defend against the terrorist so that was his vulnerability.

Furthermore, the mafia didn't know who the terrorist was. If the spy investigated the terrorist and announced who he was, the mafia could contact him with instructions on who to blow up before he got lynched. Similarly, a town working with the spy could pretend to be terrorist to get the mafia to contact him so he could find out who they were.

The other time I played with these roles it was with a bunch of veteran players a lot better than me. And eve nthey didn't come up with most of those ideas until the GM posted them after the game so don't feel bad about being too stupid to think of those strategies

Are you sure there isn't just some weird sky leak above your head?
