Is there a version of IWBTW in english? I have only found one in japanese and I don't understand...

Also, I saw that IWBTW has a lot of fangames missing.

There is fangam.es, however it works somewhat similarly to the wiki. Most fangames that are not on the wiki either have been made private by their creators or their creators just don't want to put it on the wiki.

Delicious Fruit has all the games from the Wiki + some more. So it essentially answers your question.

Also nowhere has every fangame since, some are old & lost, some are deleted and others are made by creators who only wish to share there games with a select few.
