Only mods and Admins have the power to give you custom titles. There are many ways to get one. But at this point of time, I doubt anyone will get a custom title again.

I was just having a bit of fun while attempting to clean up the place, it won't be permanent. Besides, isn't it usually at random whether people get custom titles anyway, or after some sort of major event?

While custom titles require an external force, you can still use your personal text. For example, my "Om! Nom! Nom!"
