Yeah, you missed the final boss. I actually did the same thing myself. >_>

If you open your save file with Notepad and change the third and fourth lines to "player.x=40" and "player.y=500.00", you should be able to make the kid spawn back to the beginning of that area, so you can try fighting the final boss without starting over.

Where would the save file be located and what is it called?

It should be in the same folder as the game, and it should be called "save0".

DimJim, I can't exactly remember the area you're talking about. Maybe you can take a screenshot so I might be able to refresh my memory? Well, unless someone else helps you first...

Aw, crud. Nothing is coming up in the search and it won't let me continue... so it's almost like the save never existed.

I'm not going through all that again. :(

Hmm... Maybe try downloading this save and put it in the same folder as the game?

Well, this was absurd, but I fixed it.

I had to make a brand new folder, move I Wanna Be The Fangame to that folder, save, edit the save, and put in your save state information. AND IT WORKS!
