Final Boss Music
« on: October 25, 2008, 01:00:33 pm »

As some of you may know, I am working on a game called The Last Pikeman (more info can be found in the Other Games section). Anyway, I need some final boss music, and I was thinking specifically about the music from part 2 of the battle with Smithy in Super Mario RPG. Unfortunately, the midis I found were not as good as the original, so I opted to record the music directly from a different source.

Sadly, my computer is a Dell laptop and has a SigmaTel audio card that prevents recording computer playback. Since solutions pertaining to this issue are few and far between, I was wondering if someone could record the music themselves and then attach it to a post in this thread (unless it exceeds the 128 KB limit, in which case it can just be sent to me by e-mail)? It would be very much appreciated.

You can find the audio here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JWix_pctyTI

If possible, record just enough so that it can be played as a continuous loop so that the file can be under 128 KB.

I can get you the .wav, just give me your email. Use audacity to find the loop after that.

EDIT: This thread is no longer relevant; due to time constraints, I used different final boss music.
