The Guy is easy, yet hard.  I need to beat him, getting this far, I can't get up! 
The only part im having trouble with is his reflective bullets, i dont know when to jump so it hits him!

When he shoots the bullet, single jump over it, going left (careful not to hit The guy).

The bullet should ricochet to him, after that, just repeat it three more times.

I found out that the easiest method for me was to dodge the bullet once, and then jump over the Guy. Repeat this two more times. On the fourth one, dodge the bullet twice, but do NOT jump over the Guy. He will fly up and kill you if you do. This method has never failed me before, and I don't think it will fail you either.

Just remember to be careful when you are trying to dodge, if it goes off in some weird direction for one reason or another just try to get it to hit him or disapear so you dont have to flee from many bullets

You can't "Get it to disappear". They disappear after a certain amount of time. That's like saying "Hurt the boss and don't get hit by him at the same time." It goes without saying.

try to hit him when he's running on the first form. (you will hit him faster.)

The trick is too take out one of his eyes really quickly, before he can fire the fireballs, if you can do that it'll make the rest of the fight ALOT easier.
