Dracula?

Idk if its only me but when i fight dracula and I finish him after ectoplasm, he just stand there with fire on his feet and do nothing...

its been 10 mins im waiting still nothing happened.
It keep happening to me, seems like im stuck and cant go pass :(

Anyone got an idea?

Idk if its a bug.. but its been the 5th time it happened.. Idk why I just cant go pass him normaly..

EDIT: I tryed closing/reloading game

kinda but everything else work well without lag...

Idk why the animation just stop there. Dracula is standing and fire is animated on his feet.  When I shoot his head it goes thro and nothing happen.
