ok do u guy know about the megaman shortcut or w/e....well wen i do and the block is moving it does move rite next to the thing like its supposed to it goes backwards can anyone help

It's one of Kayin's little tricks to try and get you killed. Just keep jumping along those blocks and it'll eventually go up there.
