No, because according to your scenario, it is impossible for an innocent party that lacks proof of innocence to actually BE innocent. Read what you just quoted again.

Having proof of innocence is not a requirement of actually being innocent.

Although I am indeed saying that his proof isn't good enough, the OP is the person who made the claim of having beaten IWBTG in the first place. Burden of proof was on him and he did put up some videos, so it really comes down to whether you think those videos are proof enough for you or not.

Just because we don't have proof that his impossible run is fake does not automatically mean it's legit, either. If you choose to believe that it is legit (and that his proof is good enough to convince you), then more power to you.

Rest assured though, that YOUR BELIEF in his claim has ZERO impact on reality. And as far as his save files are concerned, we'll never get to verify that particular IWBTG run like has been mentioned in this thread before.

A full video from start to finish and then showing the save file after The Guy is dead would be very, very solid proof.

What I'm doing is saying his evidence sucks when measured against his claim.
His claim is having finished the entire thing, but his evidence is Mike Haggar ---> The Guy.

He has evidence of beating IWBTG on impossible, you claim he has no proof.

His evidence is Mike Haggar --> The Guy on impossible. His claim is having finished all of IWBTG on Impossible.

Of course I say he has no good proof, he doesn't.

I can't send you a copy of his save files and prove he is cheating. But I can explain to you why I, personally, don't believe it.

He recorded two videos of a failed run. Videos #1 and #2, which conclude in him dying at Mike Haggar. Then he records Video #3 of Mike Haggar ---> The Guy and claims he did the whole thing.

You guys tell me that he only recorded The Guy ---> Mike Haggar because he couldn't be bothered to re-record it, but that makes no sense, because he did record the entire thing during the run WHERE HE FAILED.

If he bothered to record and Upload the fail run, why wouldn't he bother recording the entire passing one?

Think about it.

Anyway @ Archael, you say that tjjit's video isn't enough proof because the first two videos are of the start to mike haggar and him dying and then the third is mike haggar to the guy and not a full run. Basically what you're saying is a person can't be trusted enough for you to believe that he completed the game with only a video of an incomplete run. Now this next part is going to be difficult because you've been jumping around with your arguement on weather you believe tjjit did it or not.

Yes, there isn't any infallibe proof because there isn't a full uncut video but if you believe he can and did do it, then stop stirring shit up about there not being a complete video. There is reasonable proof of him getting to mike haggar and dying on impossible. With this it is reasonable to assume that he can and did do it again. Furthermore there is proof of him finishing from haggar to the guy. Yes this is not proof of a full run however you should not be so stubborn as to assume that he did not do the whole game up to that part if the first two videos are evidence enough to prove that he did it the first time.

You're still doing the same thing. Remember the defendant and judge scenario? You don't have any proof of his videos being fake, but you keep saying that it isn't proof of beating Impossible. He has proof of it being the real deal, so go and find some errors in the video that could result from possible tampering. If you find something, come back; if you don't then stay the fuck away.
