For the chained wall jump, just hold jump and walk into the wall. That's it. Easy peasy.

I think the jump after Birdo is harder, just because of how much you have to go through beforehand.
I mean c'mon, even in Hard, there is a Save directly before and directly after this jump. (i think...)

This sucks. Now that I'm out of practice, I can't do the jump anymore. I get there a bunch of times, but can't do it ;-; It's going to be a while before my next IWBTG impossible run is out D:
