I think that when you don't know what a term means, DON'T USE IT!
Simple as that.
I have a friend and his little brother thinks ironic means stupid or weird.  And the best part is, he thinks he's smart using ironic instead of stupid, and says it and makes things just to call them "IWONIC! HAHAHAHA!". Laugh at his error, I say, laugh!

What?! He obviously thought he DID know what it meant. So he used it. It's not as though he used it incorrectly on PURPOSE.

We shouldn't be making fun of him for a mistake. We should be making fun of him because he is a terrible member, judging from his other posts.
