Why does no one talk about this room?

(Possible Spoilers I guess?)



Why does no one talk about the room right after where the moon falls to 2nd boss?

There is a gun/pistol up there in the corner. Possible upgrade?



I've never seen anyone talk about it and I'm unsuccessful as of obtaining it...

If you'd read abit, you'd know that Kayin put 6 items in the newest release, which will be used to unlock a new mode that'll be available in the future. They're not upgrades right now.
