Repeat?

I've started the game, went bot side, killed Bowser, got Dracula after that, then I went Top side, got Tyson, Mecha Birdo and now it seems I need to repeat dracula? or there's another way to pass it.

If you go up the air tunnel like you are going to the castlevania area, it will put you on the right side of the ran room, from there you have to go back to he start. Alternatively you can try jumping over ryu to make it to the other side.
