Ok, so, finally, I got to Mother Brain. But I discovered that it's as hard as any other bosses(that's a shocker ) Anyways, I can easily get past the first and second barrier, but on the third, I just keep getting gunned down by either the fast shooting ones or the spaghettios. I need tips on ways to avoid getting gunned down during the third, fourth and when fighting Mother Brain. I'd appreciate it.

Hmm... wait briefly before jumping over the first little wall to avoid the spagghetios. You should be able to run and jump to the barrier carefully enough to avoid the guns if you keep track of the timing, though I appreciate it's difficult.
Once you've got all the barriers down, alternate between the positions of the third and fourth barriers to shoot Mother Brain herself.

Ok, so, I can kind of shoot down the 3rd barrier, but then way too many spaghettios swarm me. And I end up dying. Help, please?

You can shoot the spaghettios.

although you can shoot them, i dont recommend
staying in one place for too long, the cannons
turn you way and more spaghettios come...

I shot the ones coming from the right and left of me, but the ones from above and under just totally crushes me.

Shoot fast. Take down the barrier in as little time as possible - they shouldn't block your route out, but if you're too slow they'll kill you.

Is it a good thing that the barriers gets taken down between 5-10 seconds? Because that's my current speed. And the spaghettios are still crushing me.

Is that for each one?  Cause if it is, you'll probably want to go faster.

That's pretty much the fastest I can ever click the Z key. (btw, yeah, it was for each one). I don't want to post this in the "Help me through this part" thread, I don't get that same "OH MY GOD I FINALLY COMPLETED THIS PART" feeling. I'm gonna keep trying(Probably die a few more hundred times). Mother Brain is the hardest boss I've fought so far.

EDIT: Btw, when you save after Mother Brain, after you die, does the timer reset to the beginning. Say you saved at 600 if you die, would it just start at 600, or would it revert back to 2000 something.

I feel your pain.  I hated Mother Brain more than any other boss in the game.

I think MB is the hardest because you have to focus
on everything, and a lot is going on.
once you get the pattern though focus is shifted to only MB.

Actually I quite liked the Birdo fight. Pretty challenging, but not the kind that'll make you want to go kill someone(though Cloud certainly did). Shy Guys add an extra difficulty, Birdo was my favourite so far, actually. But Mother Brain certainly isn't. Oh god, this is like Halo 2 Legendary, except with about 1000 more Jackal Snipers.

EDIT: Oh my god, I still can't successfully get to the fourth platform. I keep getting gunned down by spaghettios. (Swarmed to be exact). But I am improving, because now I can actually break the third barrier.
