Wall jumping

As I did the bosses in a different order I only just got past the tetris bit and I can't figure out how to jump from one wall to another, anyone got a tip on how to do it?

Hold jump while against the wall and press the direction you want to jump in.

Also note, that if you haven't already double jumped, and then you hold jump when on the wall, it will preserve your double jump for use after you jump off the wall. That extra jump is EXTREMELY useful.
