The Death Tunnel (Ghouls n' Goblins)

Anyone know how to beat the tunnel in thw second G&G screen? It's so frustrating!

Also, can someone hhelp me in the Tetris room? I don't wanna make another thread...

That happens to be the one spot I always seem to be stumped at TBH. I know it's timing but, wow. Never have I died so many times there, but I did get past it, thanks to trial and error.
