The game won't install.

I've tried to install both versions of the game and neather slo-mo or frame skip worked. I click on the installer and then nothing pops up is there somthing I have to do? :'(

It's not an installer, it's the game. Try redownloading the newest version. Also, post your specs.

Also, the game takes quite a while to start up the first time.  Try running the game, and then open up the task manager and see if the game is running in the process list.  If it is then just wait for a few minutes.
